Our why

How did RealDays begin?

It started with a conversation with Simone, owner of Salty Cowboy, a horse rescue ranch in Bali, at the start of 2026. She complained about not having enough time to train her horses because she was in a loop, managing customer enquiries and admin.

Determined to find out more from other businesses, our founder, Ro, jumped on a motorbike and visited a range of adventure and creator-based businesses, to find out if they also had similar issues.

She found they wanted to get both customers in the door and be able to manage enquiries without being across many different channels.

Our ambitions

  1. Fill your empty slots. We bring new customers to your door, so quiet days become booked ones.
  2. Less admin, more doing. Bookings, messages and payments in one place, so you can spend your time with your customers, not your inbox.

How does it work?

    You confirm the slot and don't think about it before they show up.

    Funds come straight into your account.

We also know it's sometimes not that simple, but it's our mission to build this for every business.

Because we're an early stage start-up, we will personally work with you to remedy any edge cases that arise and take note of features that will work for future releases.

Business pricing

Being listed and taking bookings is free* until 1st May, 2027.

Afterwards, it's 12% commission per booking, only on bookings through RealDays, with card fees and GST included. You'll get at least 60 days' notice, and you can leave whenever you want.

Size matters

Small on purpose, so the fee stays low.

RealDays is independent and run by Ro, not a big company with offices and an ad budget to cover. She intends to keep the company small and “tool-smarts” (maximising digital efficiency) high.

What is RealDays?

RealDays is a booking site for small, owner-run experience businesses. We list unique experiences run by the local people who started them, in Victoria, Australia and Bali.

How do I get listed?

Fill in the form below. Ro will call you within 2 business days with a preview of your listing. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

What does it cost?

Being listed and taking bookings is free until 1 May 2027. After that, it's 12% on bookings made through RealDays, with card fees and GST included. You'll get at least 60 days' notice, and you can leave whenever you want.

Do I have to accept every booking?

No. Customers pick a date and send a request. You accept or decline within 24 hours, and nothing is booked until you say yes.

How is this different from Viator or GetYourGuide?

Big travel sites list thousands of experiences. RealDays lists fewer places on purpose. Every experience is chosen with care, run by the people who started it.
